Greetings all,
Spring has finally arrived in Gallatin Canyon. With warmer weather and summer vacations just around the corner, I’m looking forward to re-connecting with my clients under the Big Sky. Summer 2024 is going to be an action packed season. Omakase will be featured throughout the summer on Fridays at Dry Hills Distillery in Four Corners. Dry Hills is an incredible distillery known for spirts handcrafted from grains grown on their local farm, and I’m excited to collaborate with them to offer their customers sushi rolls, O-nigiri, and other delicious sushi snacks in the tasting room. I’ll also be hosting a food booth at Music in the Mountains, Big Sky’s weekly concert series in Town Center in July and August. Please drop by for a fresh bite of sushi!
For those of you interested in a more intimate experience, I am currently booking private parties for return and new clients throughout the summer. I will once again be offering in-home omakase meals with fresh Japanese and world-sourced fish. Sushi drop-offs, adventure catering, and other event catering are also available. Please book early to reserve your preferred summer party dates, or at least 10 days before your event.
